This oil-based light blue food colouring has been designed to work specifically with chocolate, using high-quality organic ingredients. Sugarflair chocolate colouring is perfect to use if applying a theme to decorating, achieving a professional finish.

For best colour results use with white chocolate. This product goes a long way, only needing 6g of the colouring per kilo of chocolate. It is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans, and is GM-Free and Nut-Free.
