Tools - PME Bulbulous Cone Tool

The Bulbulous Cone Tool from PME is ideal for producing Garrett Frills using gumpaste, sugarpaste etc. Both ends of the tool are extremely useful when modelling animals, figures and flowers. Simply place the side of the cone onto the edge of the paste, press gently and roll the toll back and forth to shape and frill.
