RED EXTRA Sugarflair maximum concentrated paste icing colouring
- 'Extra' paste / gel colours are maximum concentrated professional icing colourings made in the UK by Sugarflair - the world's top icing colour specialists
- the most concentrated icing colourings available
- perfect for sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, flower / modelling / gum pastes, cake mixes, pastry, frostings & fillings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes, desserts, white chocolate, cocktails etc
- approx 42g nett (occasionally 40g)
- add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up shade
- mix with other paste colours for infinite range of shades
- mix with Rejuvenator Fluid for an edible liquid colour to paint on to icing
- can also be used for molten white chocolate or Wilton Candy Melts
- BBE normally at least 12 months, often longer
- ingredients: glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E124 & E129
- 400g bulk trade pots also available for busier cake maker
- suitable for vegetarians
- nut free - fat free - GM free - gluten free
- certified Kosher - suitable for Halal although not yet certificated
- customers wishing to avoid alcohol can use water to thin but this will take longer to dry and won't give as good a finish
- known as "pastes" in the UK and "gels" in the USA - same products

- although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
