This rolling out board is ideal for use when rolling out edible mediums such as modelling paste, sugarpaste, rolled fondan and flower paste/gumpaste.
The board is plain on one side and veined on the other. It is supplied with its own non-slip mat.
Note: Donot use a craft knife as it will scratchthe surface of the board. To clean, wipe over with warm soapy water. Dry with kitchen/paper towel.Store Flat.
