• Supreme Silk is a beautifully pliable sugar paste that is very easy to roll and apply first-time
• excellent covering properties help ensure no elephant skin or tearing
• applies well on all corners and curves and suited for taller, deeper cakes

• Supreme Silk has a firmer texture than some other brands
• for best results remember to knead well to activate the gum fully before you start
• suitable for both covering and modelling - add C1000 Tylo Powder or Gum Tragacanth for a flower modelling paste
