Chocolate Making - Sugarflair organic Cacao butter drops - 150g

Sugarflair have created these cacao butter drops, which are 100% organic. In button form, these drops are perfect to melt and mix with Sugarflair's Blossom Tints or Chocolate Colourings to create chocolate paints, add to desserts or use to make chocolate more fluid. Also, a great vegetarian alternative to gelatine in confectionery preparations such as mousses.

Organic Cocoa butter obtained from organic roasted, shelled, grinded and refined cocoa beans which have been pressed for the extraction of cocoa butter.

This product is vegetarian, vegan, nut free, gluten free and kosher. Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Melting point 30-34°C
