Learn how to divide, fill, ganache  your sponge cake to achieve a professional, smooth finish.  You will be given the opportunity to decorate your cake with chocolate drips and a selection of biscuits and chocolate sweets.   Take home your sharp edged ganache cake.  

 Please feel free to bring your own sweet selection.

Course Content:

  • How to divide and fill your sponge cake with  buttercream
  • How to make gananche
  • How to apply chocolate to achieve a smooth base.
  • Achieve sharp edges
  • Add chocolate drips and a selection of sweets to create a drippy cake.


What is included in the workshop:

You do not need to bring anything with you to the class except an apron. Everything else is provided . Disposable Aprons are available if you forget yours.

Tea, Coffee and squash is freely available during the day.
